Spa Policies and Etiquette
To maintain a tranquil environment we ask all Spa guests to
shut off your cell phones, pagers and two-ways. Please use a
low speaking voice.
Scheduling Appointments
We suggest 24-hour advance notice for appointments during the
week and 48-hour notice for weekend appointments. Spa Treatments
are subject to availability & must be guaranteed by a credit
card. All major credit cards or cash are accepted. Sorry No
personal checks. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If less than
24 hours notice is given, a 50% charge for your service will
be billed to your credit card. Less than 24 hours or failure
to show up for an appointment a 100% charge for your service
will be billed to your credit card.
Gratuities
Our prices do not include gratuities. A 20% of the
price of the service is both appropriate and appreciated. A
cash gratuity is especially appreciated. Feel free to provide
larger gratuities for exceptional service. Small envelopes are
available at the reception desk for all gratuities.
Your appointment day
Please arrive, at least, 15-20 minutes before your
first service is scheduled to begin. This allows for necessary
steps to start your relaxation process.
Group guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes before the first
service is scheduled to begin.
If a client is 15 or more minutes late for an appointment,
and there is a client immediately following, we would ask the
client to reschedule or we reserve the right to shorten the
service at full charge.
For Bridal Parties or Groups Parties
Bridal & Spa Parties should be booked 3 to 4 months
in advanced. All dates are subject to availability.
The scheduled services for your group are reserved and staffed
according to your requests. Therefore any changes or cancellations
in party packages need to be completed 2 weeks prior to the
scheduled date.
All intake forms must be in the spa 2 weeks prior to your party
date. There is a 10% additional fee (Hostess Fee) for all parties.
A Non Refundable deposit is required for all parties.
